Return & Refund Policy

At Siam Combat Malta, we are committed to providing premium combat sports equipment and excellent customer service.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Mouthguards
Groin guards
Hand wraps
Compression garments
Protective equipment that has been worn
Gift cards

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
